Tignes is part of the vast Espace Killy ski area, which means it has more than 300k of runs to offer it visitors. The high altitude also offers skiing almost all year round, with the most reliable snow in Europe. The resort is just 81 miles from Chambéry and 100 miles from Turin.

The resort is relatively new and designed with skiers in mind. There are plenty of places to leave the car and everything is very close to the slopes. The area has 140 slopes, accessed by 99 ski lifts, which is more than enough for all abilities. Snowboarders are also welcome in the resort with two snow parks in Espace Killy and plenty of off piste action.

The resort has plenty of entertainment for after hours such as Ice Diving and a nice range of restaurants and bars. There is also a sports centre, cinema and bowling ally to keep the whole family happy.
