Lake Tahoe is supplied by 12 ski resorts covering 27,000 acres of mountain. Heavenly is the main resort covering over 4,800 acres, two states (California and Nevada) and nine mountain peaks. It also contains a variety of runs catering for beginner to advanced skiers as well as boarders. The ski school has 300 professional coaches who are trained to recognize your strengths and help you to develop them, the coaches aim at making your experience a fun and enjoyable one.

For snowboarders there are three terrain parks complete with table tops, spines, rainbows, step and rail slides. Alternatively, defy gravity in a 300-foot long super pipe where big air and even bigger walls (13 feet) will get your adrenaline pumping.

The picturesque area adds to the overall beauty of the resort. With wild nightlife you would expect from somewhere in Nevada, Lake Tahoe offers something for everyone.
